RunWithMe in Mount Merrion is based in Deer Park and we meet at the corner by the playground by Union Cafe. For the winter months (due to poor lighting) we are meeting in UCD. Contact us for more info.

* 1 session week every Wednesday (at any RunWithMe Location)
* Suitable for those that can run 15-20 minutes non-stop​
* ​Weekly workout plan & support group
* ​Sessions include tempo runs, interval sessions, circuit sessions
* Goal is to get fitter, faster & tone up along the way

 

You can easily cancel the weekly membership at anytime so sign up now for just one week or one month or more.

RunWithMe is based along the the Coastal Promenade by Bayside-Kilbarrack  

(meet at the Centra on the Kilbarrack Road D05 R6K2)

Mon & Wed

7:30pm

  • Every Monday & Wednesday at 7:30pm

  • ​2 sessions a week for 6 weeks ( ~€8 /Session) 

  • Run for fun, enjoyment and fitness 

  • Stretching is used to aid recovery and promote flexibility​

  • Training program and online support group

  • All fitness levels welcome - everyone works at their own pace 

  • ​Fun opportunity to meet like minded people

  • ​Supportive, encouraging environment

€99 - two weekly sessions and guided online program
